Alta Allen

Alta Allen (born Alta Crowin; September 6, 1904 – July 24, 1998*) was an American actress.

Allen made her first professional stage performance when she was ten. In 1920, she signed a contract with Fox Film Corporation, although she would only perform one role in any silent film released by Fox Film. She would subsequently sign a contract with Universal Studios, and later appeared in several films released by this corporation. Her final credited screen ap ... pearance occurred in 1926.

Alta Allen died in 1998 at age 93.
